This coaching assignment was to support an individual who had left the corporate world and was looking to start their own company. This assignment worked through the limiting beliefs, barriers to progress, and fear of failure the individual believed to be the reality. By breaking down each challenge and working with areas within their control the company was set up and is now a successful and profitable business.
